Earlhamites at Work in Puerto Rico. 1 are I DYNAMICS COMMUNITY DYNAMICS Through its program of service, the Earlham Community Dynamics department seeks to develop the whole person. The student is prepared not only in the training of the mind but also in many phases of community life. Earlhamites have spent summers in Puerto Rico, and week ends in the Richmond area doing service proiects. Upon invi- tation, students attend community meetings where they aid in the planning and carrying out of civic improvements. X Q P I X I T gr.
