SPONSORS i S l Cathy Endicott Randy Cannon Dedication To MR. JIM LITCHFORD With pleasure we dedicate the 1981-1982 Eagle to Mr. Jim Litchford a teacher in the Eagletown Public Schools for the past ten years, and a former student of the Eagletown Public Schools for twelve years. Jim has shown his friendship to both students and adults and his willingness to work on many community service projects. For this reason and many others we proudly make this dedication. P Board of Education if A 'ff - 55 I P M ix. Mr. B. E. Carney, Clerk, Mr. AI Lyon, Member, Mr, Joe Cook, Member: Mr. Jimmy Wylie, Vice President, Not pictured - Mr. Howard Williams, President Principals S. Mr. Joe Nevills Mr. Wayne Sloat High School Principal Grade School Principal Superintendent's Message , 4 Mr. Homer Coleman In the years I have had the opportunity to work in the Eagletown Public Schools I have found each year uniquely different. While it is nice to see new buildings and physical education facilities such as the new baseball field become a reality, l believe the real rudiments of education are the dedicated teachers, students, and parents to the learn- ing process. I am pleased to see the addition of both the Kiamichi Area Vocational School and the E. T. Dunlap Higher Learning Center, each offering our Eagletown students and adults special learning opportunities. Thanks again, Mrs. Steen, and members of the Annual Staff, for a job well done. In these days of high inflation you did an excellent job of making a dollar go a long way through your organization of this yearbook. I would certainly like to congratulate members of the graduating class of 1982 and en- courage you to continue your education in both an informal and formal manner by enroll- ment in a training center where you may have an opportunity to develop your skills to the fullest extent.
