A NIGHT TO REMEMBER Fans beginning to cheer; green and old sparkling everywhere began a night to re- member. . . At 7:30 p.m. in the football stadium of Ea.st Los Angeles College, the procession of the court began. Drill Team headed the proces- sion by marching into the stadium. Eagle Rock ' s Cheer and Yell followed and fired up spirit as they arrived in bright red fire trucks. Queen Lorie, First Princess Leslie, Second Princess Aana, Third Princess Linda, and Fourth Princess Robin were chauffeured in new Fiats. After being es- corted by their fathers, the traditional crowning of the court was performed by five chosen football players. The girls were then escorted by Knights to their thrones where they watched the game. Homecoming has always been a special night, full of excitement and fun. Many Alumni never fail to attend the game. Parents are also great supporters. In spite of the team ' s loss to Franklin, Varsity 6-16 and Bees 0-6, good memories of Homecom- ing 1976 will live on.
