SENATE The students of Eagle Rock are given the opportunity to govern themselves, within certain limits, of course. Under the very capable hand of our student body vice-president, Jack Adams, the Senate carried on activities that in many ways correspond to those of our United States Senate. The Senate's primary function is to make the rules and regulations to which the students must adhere, and to bring the problems of the students before the officials and see if something can't be done about them. Mr. Dingilian was the sponsor and general adviser and served very commend- ably in this capacity. First row: Corrinne Johnson, Marilynn Millar, Wilma Blakey, Jack Adams, Roger Winningham, Dan Lyons, Charles Rains, Bob Kelley, Warren Reed, Harry Bill- DeYoung, June Bradshaw, Eleanor Axe, Beverly Andrews.-Second row: Sue ingsley, Vivian Jones.-Third row: Don Rudeen, Don Willumsen, Glen Osborne. BUYS' and GIRLS' ADVISGRV CGLJNCILS The purpose of the Boys' and Girls' Advisory Councils this semester has been to democratically advise and help those students having difficulties. Since these councils have been organized they have proved a valuable asset to the school. The Boys' Advisory Council has been under the very able leadership of Bill Newton, while Patricia Raplee has done excellent work with the girls' group. A great deal of the success of the two councils was due to the cooperation of the sponsors, Mrs. Johnson and Mr. DeBra. First row: Mr. DeBra, John Hawthorne, Bob Brooking.-Second row: Martha Pell, John Leslie, Patricia Raplee, Beverlee Andrews.-Standing: Lillian Weinberger, Dick Sutkowski, Bill Newton, Dick Hawthorne.
