Progress fn'EP : H1gh Time is progress, that was the name of the game for our 1978- 1979 School Board and Head Superintendent. Other than setting and executing the tradi- tional school policies, these people, skilled in education, worked for the betterment of our school and students. Early in the year Super- intendent Dr. Garza, his staff, various Board members and students campaigned hard in favor of the promotion of the school expansion bond. However, the bond issue was voted down. These administrators of education initiated other projects during the school year to raise the quality of education to a higher plain in EP High and it has. xr'-'-fi -nts 44?
