I finished my business in Detroit and went on to New York. There I met Donna Stucky and Alma Mays. I asked them what they were doing now. Donna was a typing teacher. She was well known because she could type 150 words a minute. Alma was a famous preacher. The next person I saw was Kenneth Kasza. He was surrounded by a mob of beautiful women. He was very busy so I didn't bother him but I recognized his profession. He was a Fuzzy Wuzzy Brush salesman. As 1 was going past the shipyard I saw Leo Nelson. He was the admiral of the Outer Space- mans' Fleet. He defeated the Martians at sea. I went to a football game that afternoon and saw Lee Holter run out onto the field. Listen- ing to the announcer I learned that he was an all-star halfback for the New York Groan and Grunters Team. Three days later I arrived in Dallas, Texas. I had a toothache so I went to a dentist. The Dentist turned out to be Duane Ritchie. He ran a business where your teeth are fixed while you wait. I learned that Don Pfingston operated a business that made Flub, a breakfast cereal that doesn't crack, snap, or pop. It just lays in the bowl in a soggy mess. Later in the day I met Patty Parker. She told me that she was a model for It Figures magazine. While I was talking to her, Jack Doxon came up. I learned that he was a wealthy bachelor. He said that he was an excellent example of what a man can do without a woman. On my way back to Hollywood I stopped at the Black Gravel Proving Hills in New Mexico. Tim Bruvold, a famous physicist, had just discovered a new formula to increase the speed of Satellites to 999,999, 999.9 miles per second. Ed Forrest, a well-known astronomer was there also. He had just discovered a new planet beyond Pluto. He named it Rover. Woops: there goes my police phone. I just got a news flash from Tokyo. Someone made off with Singing Sue's doormat. So long. JZ may me Duane Ritchie being where he should be. Gene Koch going with a freshman girl. Matt Ferman when he isn't in trouble. Bill Wimp driving his car to school. Harold Hurley having enough money to date every Rita Anderson when she had her mind made up. Donna Stucky on a date. Lee Holter doing his own assignments. Loren Patterson collecting trash. Virgil Lessenden when he isn't flirting. Phyllis Wissel driving a Cadillac. Ken Kasza getting in at night before twelve. Harvey Kelly not sleeping in at least one class. Tim Bruvold driving under the speed limit. Carl Lindholm going steady for a month at a time. Marlin Eder taking chemistry. Bill Dawson dating an Eads girl. Leo Nelson getting to school on time . Don Pfingston being true to one girl, night. Jack Dixon being six feet tall. Alma Mays being sent to the office. Ed Forrest driving his own car. Marvin Munson in school every day. Pat Parker going to bed at eight o'clock. Steve Hollis working hard in school. Roberta Barrows with blonde hair. Becky King not getting married. Carol Morton not going to Kansas. Barbara Louthan without Jimmy.
