I was your fellow classmate 1n good old Dysart H1gh of the class of 1936 I have been try1ng to locate your where abouts for a long t1me and wasnt successful Untll about a week ago when I read 1n the paper that you were starr1ng 1n the famous opera Carmen at the Metropol1tan Opera House always knew you would g1Ve your VOICC the th1ng lt deserved I suppose you haven t V1S1ted Iowa SIHCG your success 1n mus1c and are wondermg about the other classmates who hold the world record of Who s VK ho and Why Marlene you w1ll remember as one of the SIX g1rls of our class now carr1es the last name of Overton She and Lee have now taken over the Overton Funeral Home and after the1r many years of marr1ed l1fe they are st11l deadlv ser1ous about each other Remember the VICE presxdent of our sen1or class M1chael Nelson He was always a great leader 1n the d1fferent act1v1t1es of the school About a week ago I read 1n our local paper that he was elected as a member of our U S Congress Judgmg by the way M1chael worked so well 1n school I m sure he w1ll do a good Job Don M1ller 1S st1l1 l1v1ng 1n th1s comrnun1ty He has taken over h1S dad s farm and 1S do1ng well and IS st1l1 an old bachelor , It seems he never d1d care for g1rls Needless to say Jamce Heckroth made good of herself and 1S now known as Professor Heckroth at the Lake Er1e College 1n Ohto Inc1dental1y, 1n her spare t1rne, she served as Pres1dent of the Old Ma1ds Club It was reported last week that D1Ck Lyons, famous baseball p1tcher for the Yankees 1S a professlonal at throw1ng curves and not only throwlng them but catch1ng them also No doubt you w1ll remember Rhoada Delfs as the valed1ctor1an of our class You know so she gave It up and now IS work1ng w1th Trans World A1rl1nes as head stewardess Paul Gahan, the well known crooner of today has captured the hearts of the Edd1e F1sher fans and from the last report he IS swoon1ng them to death Wonder Why? 'P 'P 9 9 As the old say1ng goes, Dynam1te comes 1n small packages Rlchard Delfs 1S now rnarr1ed and 1S farm1ng a s1x hundred acre farm near Dysart H has developed a method of farm1ng that w1ll enable h1rn to grow a hybr1d named L1me planted 1n the Sprmg Larry Holst 1S now l1v1ng on a huge ranch 1n Texas Although he IS a farmer at heart he hasnt g1ven up h1s love for speedy automob1les He has a race track c1rcl1ng h1s ranch and 1S work1ng on an exper1mental car that runs on l1ghter flu1d It goes 356 112 mph but the b1g problem IS round1ng the curves The self made m1l11ona1re Lee Raub has bu1lt a huge skyscraper on Dysart s ma1n street to handle h1s busmess Wh1le exper1rnent1ng w1th old p1pES he developed a robot and perfected lt so that lt would do all the necessary heavy work around the farm I have not been able to locate some of our other school mates If you know anyth1ng about them would you please wr1te and tell me about the1r whereabouts?
