They are all part of the special effects that make up the Dysart high school set. The bilingual class teaches monolingual stu- dents how to use and improve their English skills. lt helps them to adjust to a new culture, environ- ment, and a new language. Migrant workshop is a class that provides career opportunities on cam- pus for migrant students. The students in this class get paid to learn. Resource provides assistance for students who have academic difficulties due to a handicap which includes but is not limited to a learning disability. Driver education teaches students the skills necessary for safe and defensive driving. After receiving both classroom and behind the wheel instruction, students are eligible to get their dri- vers license and a discount on insurance. Special effects make a movie more fun and exciting and the special effects here at Dysart are no exception!
