I N M E M 0 R I U M FREDERICK A. BREYER Early on the morning of May 21, 19?5 the cause of the mentally retarded of Hamilton Cauntthost one of its dearest and most loyal friends. Frederick A. Breyer, following a mercifully brief illness, died in Jewish Hospital on that date. , All those who worked to pass the mental retardation levy last November probably already know that Mr. Breyer designed the campaign strategy, and served as campaign coordinator, making sure that the many aspects of the levy campaign were executed. I To list all of Mr. Breyer's accomplishments during the many years of his career in public life is impossible, but few persons have been as active or have contributed so much to the lives of their fetlaw men. Those who were fortunate enough to know and work with Mr. B. also know how greatly he will be missed. CAROL JEFFERS Carol Jeffers was a student at Dyer School who will be greatly missed by her fellow students and by teachers alike. She celebrated her sixteenth birthday in December and passed away on February 28, 1975. Although her life was brief, Carol touched many with her gentle ways and sweet nature. We will miss her.
