MR. RICHARD F. DALLMER Richard F. Dallmer recently joined the administrative staff of the Hamilton County Board of Mental Retardation. Mr. DaZZmer is the Aaaistant Administrator. He has Master's Degrees in both Education and School Administration and has come to the staff from the position of Superintendent of the Lockland Schools. He will have a major responsibility for the development and supervision of the extensive building program made possible by the passage of the Mental Retardation Levy last November. Mr. DaZZmer is a welcome addition to our staff.

DEER SCHOOL ADMINISTMTION Our administrators at Dyer School combine the elements of harmony and task orientation to execute a rational, effective, and eff 1301:3747; program for our children. Accordingly, they plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate our program in order that maximum success can be achieved for our children. We say thanks for creating a happy work environment where children and teachers grow. Mr. George Griesemer: Principal of the comunity classes, received his 11.3. and B.A. degrees from Southern Colorado College in 1950 and from the University of Denver in 1952 in Sociology. In January 1972, he came to Dyer School as 'one of our fulltime instructors. In December of 1973 Mr. Griesemer returned to the University of Cincinnati and received his Master's Degree in Special Education. Mr. Griesemer has many years of Ministmtive acpertence in the field of mental retardation. Mrs. Myrtice Falkenstein: Assistant to the Principal of the community classes, began her career in the Hamilton County Classes for Retarded Children in February, 1955. She was graduated from Lander College, Greenwood, Smith Carolina in 1942 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. After teaching several years in the commity classes, she returned to the University of Cincinnati and received her Master's degree in Special Education in 1.965. In the fall of 1965, Mrs. Falkenatejin assumed the position of InstructorvStqverviaor far the commtty classes and held this position until 1973. Mrs. Falkenstetn's experience as both a teacher and cm ministmtor has given her valuable eweI-ience in all areas of Dyer School. Mrs. Jane Natilaan: .
