Cham of Command In the Navy, the chain of command starts with the newest recruit and runs all the Way up to the president of the United States. s Every link in the chain of command is a vital part of expediting day-to-day operations, Whether they be routine or mission oriented. Information flows both Ways along the chain of command -- ensuring the right people stay in- formed and that tasking is carried forth at the proper levels. i Measures of a ship's success are a direct reflection of the effectiveness of the chain of command. And IKE's records of achievements indicate a long history of a good strong chain. 74e4enmau64av:4ec5awa,4mmmwzd6eefp Mememmfaamedfqwmmfdqpmahgdowwa gzawagagnwmaw.
