Seniorsfb he Class of 1985 Some of us have been in Duxbury for the entire twelve years while others have joined us along the way. In any case, it is time to say goodbye to our school and our town. We have come a long way in our four years at the High School: from the worst class ever to have gone through the Intermediate School, to one of the best graduating classes of DHS. We had our Class Day taken away and listened to endless lectures on behavior . We lost out on the experience of open campus and were forced into the six period day, yet look at us now. ln academics, sports, arts, and student participation, we are unrivaled. We sur- vived video games, Duxbury Beach, Star Wars, Ronald Reagan, Proposition 2 V2, and Michael Mania. We have seen the coming of the Space Shuttle, computers, rock videos, VCR's, Bloom County, and Trivial Pursuit. We missed out on Health classes, weathered a bomb scare, and have been known for our fabulous cheer responses: Sixth grade, are you with us? . , .SlLENCE. It has been a long haul, but we have come through with flying colors. So here we are . ..
