To express this gratitude. we have chosen one such facultv member to whom we have dedicated this book. Even though he has not been at Duxburv High School verv long. he has con- tributed a great deal. As well as teaching in the Social Studies department, he is the Student Council advisor and a frequent chaperone at dances. He is alwavs willing to volunteer his services or to just stop and talk. Each of these extra efforts has made this person more than just a teacher to manv of us, Therefore. it is with great enthusiasm that we dedicate our vearboolc to Mr. john Fernandes. , alan, . I , .
