Fred Robert Cushing Men of few words are the best men A scratch on my whitewalls! Cush can always be seen taking people to rehearsals in his beach- wagon or shiping up the new paint iob. Our president for three years, he played the part of Mrs. Hub- bard remarkably well in our senior class play. Gordon's talent is obvi- ous as he sings in the choir and in the quartet, and plays a mean ac- cordian. You don't say, half under his breath, is one of Fred's longer speeches. Although Fred seems thoughtful, his quiet comments are enjoyed by everyone who is near enough to hear him. He has been changing addresses through all of high school, we are glad he de- cided to stay these last two years. 8 Ni' Ann Decatur Couillard Can build castles in the air Il Blondes are not dumbl Nancy surely has proved that old adage to be wrong, though she still gets kidded about it. She has contributed greatly to D.H.S. through her years on the Student Council and her scores at basketball games. She is serious at times, but she can go into entirely different moods at a quick change of pace. She has been cast in four plays as a teenager, a maid, a slot-machine queen, and a deaf- mute boy, believe it or not. Sue has a fine interest in everyone's prob- lems. For this reason we know that she will succeed in her chosen field -social work. Did you know that we lose ten minutes a year? Whether leading a physics class or driving that jeep, Joey is a constant source of humor for everyone. He can usually be seen wearing plaid or pink head- gears and talking about his favor- ite subiect, turkeys.
