cience eparfment 14005 QW lx-1-1 Durham High has always been a school with many scientific activities. Under the skillful direction of our instructors. a student was able to delve into the many mysteries of the sciences. It was interesting to notice the numerous experiments that the student per- formed in the course this year. Since most of these young scientists will pursue scientific careers. this assistance and experience was very valuable. Each year classes in the elective sciences, physics and chemistry, are full. The teachers were proud to teach these energetic pupils who may some day be our scientists and in- ventors of the future. PAGE 18 Lrff io right: Miss R. XVillian1s, Mr. G. Bunting, Miss D. Wilsoii.
