Vnlike us they have often ventured into the niidst of those terrifying niachines and have actually learned how to niake theni 'ttiekf' The boys who take industrial arts work in the vocational niachine shop or study the arts of woodwork and mechanical drawing! They spend niore tiine in their industrial arts class than in any other. but ot course they also reeeive more eredit for work in that class. All of the eourses in this depart- nient are popular electives. The hoys who learn the industrial arts are in a, very pravtical way preparing' them- selves tor life in the Machine Age! and enjoying the process. PAGE 30
