THE RECORD BOOK In publishing this Record Book of the Class of 1940, we have tried to compile an accurate account of our happy days at Durfee. This work was begun under the able direction of our faculty advisor, the late Mr. George F. Coyle, and completed under the guidance of Mr. John V. Donnelly and Mr. Malcolm G. Salmond. We are grateful to them as wel! as to other faculty members for their interest and advice. We are especially in- debted to Doris Burfeind for her excellent illustrations. We express our gratitude to the seniors of the Commercial Depart- ment for typing our copy.
