Baseball Dominated by seniors, the Dukes had an- other successful season in Coach Doc Skender's long line of winning efforts. Their success was tempered only by their failure to receive an N.C.A.A. Tournament bid, de- spite a 19-6 record. This year's aggregation, for the most part, had been playing together for four years, culminating in this year's brilliant season. The attack was led by shortstop Herky Kress with a .418 average and 22 RBI,s and centerfielder Pete Lopusnick, who hit .358 and drove across 21 tallies.
