Lefs go, P0lbeye!!!.'! Beta Y-Teens is organized to aid the Com- munity in welfare and service projects. ln November Beta collected food for a needy family, While December had Beta wrapping Christmas presents for the boys at Mariana and singing Christmas Carols at an old folks homeg Beta collected for The March Of Dimes in January and concluded the year's service projects in February with a party for the children at the Orthopedics School. Beta also had several money raising proj- ects and parties to make the year's work more enjoyable. These activities ranged from the Cotton Candy Booth at the Carnival to the end of the year house party. Beta had a very active year with service to the community and parties for the club. K PPA Y-TEE l Kappa Y-Teens, one of duPont's three senior Y-Teen clubs, has had a Very active, though fun-Hlled year. The year began with the admittance into the club of many sophomore girls. The presence of these new members brought both new faces and new ideas into Kappa. The year was suc- cessful largely because of the programs and socials which were held. One of the high- lights of the year was a surprise breakfast at Shirley Denning's house. The breakfast, held in October, was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Kneeling: Sonny Smith, Mascot.
