mis December 20th-what a day! This was a day of thrill and excitement for many as they pressed formals, rented dinner jackets, bought corsages, and washed the family car in preparation for the big dance that night. Every little thing seemed just right as you entered the dance and saw a Winter Wonderlandw with the stage decorated as a lodge where refreshments were served. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Queen, Eleanor Bar- nett, and the King, Bobby Joe Erwin, and their court. The music for the evening was pro- vided by Mike Creen and his band.' It truly was a Winter Wonderland and will always be remembered as one of the highlights of our school year. 1 L,- ,.
