People Who Work Hard Mr. Clinton Proffer is in charge of the maintenance of all the school district’s buildings and grounds. The hard- working people who are under his supervision work around the clock. We don’t have pictures of the night shift, because our photographers don’t stay up that late. The ladies who cook the school lunches serve an estimated 80,000 meals a year. That’s a lot of hours over a hot stove. I wonder how many of those delicious, fresh cookies they bake in a year?
