The Senior Class of ' 59 Sterling McAllister, Chief Executor 2 21 PROPHECY While on my voyage around the world last summer, I visited many of my old classmates from Dunlap High School. InArabia, Leon Armentr out is living with his many wives. The number has now grown to 22, and he is still looking for the 2 3d. Janet Booth has joined the Tall Girl Society in the big state of Texas. While inAlaska, I found Dickie Cockran and Bertha Cockran, formally known as Bertha O ' Connor. They now have two children named Mutt and Jeff. Kay C ar per , Head Professor of Math at Dunlap, is very proud of herself for re- ceiving Mrs. Marquess ' s position. I was told that Jerry Cook has now found the key to Milwaukee, where he has founded a brewery. I saw Mrs. Wallice Sloan in Roanoke in the Kiddy Shop buying clothes for little Wally and little Kathy. Those are the last two. The other ten are well supplied. Douglas Drummond has now invented the new, magnificent car called The Drum- mond Super Duper Delux. It only has two wheels so everyone can say they went a- round a turn on two wheels. In New York, I read that Sandra Gail Carter is storming along with her career as an actress. Her professional name is Pat Conway. Her manager is the world famous Ledford F ridlev. Sarah Dameron is now a missionary in South Africa. Her friends call her Shenna Queen of Africa. In Florida, Jame s McAllister is now a successful photographer - -the second Bob Cummings. His chief models are Betty Fridley and Merilyn Foster. Sterling McAllister is majoring in figures. He is now head professor of Candy Jones Conover School. Sammy Moore has just decided to become a Monk. He said that too many women were after him. Terry Surber has performed his first operation. Funeral arrangements are in- complete. He is keeping Michael Treynor , owner of Mick ' s Funeral Home inconstant business. Friends to the end! ! ! Delor is Hinton is now working for the Ford Company. She has liked Fords since 1958. Ronnie Nicely is titled as the world ' s best Wall Climber. He goes to all football games and it sure does help. Charlotte Kersey is now head secretary at West Point Academy. Paul Turner, who plays ball with the Yankees, has his father with him all the way. He chews for Paul while he is playing. Joe Anna Lewis is doing well at her new position. She replaced Mr. Jenkins as coach. Pat Martin, who is head clerk at Leggett ' s in Hollywood, has just fitted Marlon Brando with a suit of clothes. Good luck, Pat. Lloyd Webb is studying drowsiness at the Sleepers Institute in Covington. C arol Treynor has a time with her little Renault. Especially with the dozen kids. Gay Maupin, who is head professor at Vail ' s University, is making headway. She is studying baby care. Donald Wilson is now a member of the Artificial Breed- ers Association at Moss Run. Gene Snyder is now professionally known as King of the Hops . Isaac Camden is still a bachelor, and a millionaire too. Carole Persinger is standing in for Liz Taylor while she ' s sick. Donald Buckland is going around singing Honky Tonk Angels. Gladys Rock renamed Snake Run to Lover ' s Paradise . Charles Arrington, who married Shirley Carper, named their first baby Short Fat Fannie. After seeing and hearing about my school-day pals, I shall return home to my husband, Delbert May, and our nine boys. Their father is the coach of the boys baseball team, known as the Calleghan Cardinals. Bar bara Eggleston Prophet 22 CLASS OFFICERS SENIOR C. Treynor, Pres.; D. Hinton, Tres.; S.
