The Raiders, under their able mentor, Daryl Rasmussen, turned in what might be considered a poor season as far as records are concerned. However, their fight, determination, and spirit over-shadowed their record as they fought to get their first football season off to a good start. They started the season with a gross lack of experience against the Orange team. From there they steadily improved, becoming a team to be feared later in the season.
