jiludent Council The Student Council serves as the most important governing body in Dunkerton High School. It is composed of elected representatives from grades nine thru twelve. These representatives elect a President, Vice-President, and a Secretary-Treasurer. We, this year’s Student Council, feel that if we succeed in setting an example for other Councils in future years to follow, that we have made a worthwhile achievement! The Dunkerton Future Teachers of America chapter is associated with the National Education Association and the Iowa State Education Association and has the interest and support of the administration and total staff. The local P.T.A. has given financial aid for the chapter’s necessary expenses.
