Do you feel important? You should. You are important to yourself, to your friends and loved ones, to your community, and to your nation. What you are doinginlife is important. It should be of great concern to you whether or not you waste your oppor- tunities each day or live to take advantage of them. Your high school days are the most important in your life in establishing the proper attitudes to- ward people, toward your responsibilities to your friends, and toward the community in which you live. Ill manners and rudeness should notbecome part of your everyday actions. Do not let yourself become a scoffer. It is my observation that scoffers never succeed. They never get any place in lifeI but simply become envious, while the person who is moving forward and applying hirnselfhasto go around them. It is a difference in attitudes and in your way of thinking, for 'as a man thinketh, so he is. - My congatulations to the members of the An- nual Staff for another faithful recording of a year of your school life. May this TIGR bring you nothing but fond memories during the many years you may have it in your possessions, and may your efforts during this year be faithfully recorded herein. 4 z1'.':.xn1'.-:.11z':.'.zz-:.zzvmv:mv.'.'.w 'Him ..,...,...........-wiwpm-.............. -:T
