Uur leading Citi en One of the outstanding features of Dundee Community High School is its citizenship program, Consisting ol a point system checked privately each six-week term by each of eighteen different teachers for every one of some four hundred students, this program provides term, semester, and graduation awards based upon character, service, and conduct, and is one of the factors used annually to determine membership of graduates in the National Honor Society. This practical, concrete program of citizenship owes its birth continuitv, and progress principally to Mr. lacobs, and we of the CARDUNAL staff, having made citizenship the theme of this years book, take this opportunity to say Congratulations to Mr. Iacobs for his ingenuity, ability, and persistency in spon- soring a program We believe to be unique in its utility and practicability, and so important as training for modern living in school, in national life, and in international accord.
