This is especial- ly true of this year of school, i959-60. For one thing it is going by so fast-going like sixty-as we used to say when I was in High School. Soon it will be an- other time, a later time, and you will be looking at this annual, at the faces of friends, at the rooms and walks and windows that are only pictures. I2 It will all seem far away and unreal. That is the trouble with memories, they are iust as unreal as the shadows on paper that make a photograph. But right now, those same faces, the walks and glimpses from win- dows are real. You naturally look to the future and long for holidays and adulthood. But grasp at what is now and this moment too.
