CAFETERIA “Something new has been added’’ — a cafeteria build- ing which has more than twice the space of the former one. In 1947, Duncan schools were proud of the cafeteria which made use of two former classrooms in the primary building, but a growing enrollment called for a larger dining room, and for the use of the classrooms. So this new building now serves the high school students and more than 500 grammar school pupils. Sponsored by PHILPOTT AND SON Duncan, Arizona Phone 40-M Staff: Mrs. Rachel Sanders, Mrs. Hallie Dees, Mrs. Ruth Hunt, Mrs. Alta Hale, Mrs. Hazel Stephens. Two lines may now be served simultaneously. Student helpers: Jack Rapier, Candy Tellez, Dwain Gale, Ronald Jacobson, Stanley Pugmire, Elwood O’Dell, Bud Cox, Bobette Golding. 10
