It takes extremely intelligent technicians with years of training and hands on experience to keep Duncan ' s equip- ment functioning correctly. Addi- tionally, it takes the right tool to get the job done properly. Interest- ingly, though, many of the tools of today ' s Navy have not changed sig- nificantly in many years.
