He stands erect with the coloring of a man used to the outdoors, his body at rigid attention, his face lined with the wrinkles of well-worn age, and his arm rendering a proud salute. This is the Air Commodore of the Royal Australian Air Force in the Newcastle ceremony and parade in honor of those who died in the Battle of the Coral Sea. . But his face and bearing became a familiar Visage to the men of DUNCAN in their seven days in Australia.
