1 5 Time never ceases, and with its passing are many changes. The graduates of 1969 will leave, but behind them remains the job of re-organizing clubs and teams. It is my desire that those who follow will go on to complete their education and look for- ward to a brighter tomorrow. The printing of this publication climaxes another year at Dunbar--a year like no other in its history. Illustrated in this book are the activities that took place at Dunbar during the past year. The seniors, faculty, teams, and departments are all pictured throughout the following pages. Ihope our motto, EDUCATION: ESSENCE FOR A BRIGHTER TOMORROW, will serve as an inspiration to present' and future Dunbarites, so that their years at PLD will be as successful as all of ours have. 1 As we develop into citizens of the World, we must realize that in order to achieve success, We must do our best. Through our tenure at Dunbar High School, we have dis- played our ability and have achieved success upon the publi- cation of the '69 Wildcat. In our days spent at Dunbar working on our annual, we have not only widened our horizons, but we have also become more mature in all phases of life. Only one great year out of many, and but one small part of the many experiences we have encountered at Dunbar are depicted in this year's annual. There were many days when our effort seemed futile, but refusing to surrender, We believed that We had compiled a successful productwhich students would cherish in the years to come. This is by far the best Wildcat in years. We hope that after having turned page by page you will agree that in- deed it was Worth the effort. Valeria Manette Hicks. Z o ' n C Editor
