Many school mates we have known, We must leave behind. And the teachers who helped on the way. Still onward we trod. Still onward we march. Let us do our part as we go. Still onward we go. Still onward we trod. For the goal we sought is here. The goal we sought is here. We have come to the end of twelve long years. The goal that we longed for is here. Our class has stood fast. We must leave you at last. And our parents who stood to the end. But onward we trod. Press forward we march And we've finished our task here we know. But onward we trod, God be with us, we'll march. To the final hill we'll climb, The final hill we'll climb. Jean Davis CLASS MOTTO CLASS FLOWER We are not on top, but climbing. Pink White Carnation DEAR OLE DUNBAR (Tune: Alma Mater) Alma Mater dear we praise thee Dear ole white and blue. Hearty voices now uniting Pledge devotion true. Chorus Dear ole Dunbar . Dear ole Dunbar Louder still we sing. Swell the song and lift the cry Hail to Dunbar High. High school days are swiftly passing Soon we'll say good-bye. Even then we'll pledge our love for Dear ole Dunbar High. Words by R. E. Holmes JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS Left to right: Clayton Sturdivant, Zollie Sullivan.
