The girls racked up sixteen wins and four loses. They bowed to Aplington in the finals of the County Tournament and Hanselledged our spirited girls out of the Sectional. The closest game of the season for the girls was played against Green when they edged out Green by one point. The team is going to be minus several of its best players next year. They are Lois Wagner, Carole Pfaltzgraff, Eunice Benson and Junice Tjabring. The first two are for- wards andthe latter two are guards. The high scorer for the season was Lois Wagner with 380 points, followed by Carole Pfaltzgraff with 213, Dotta Stilson, 201, Martha Abel, 23, Donna Stilson, 16, Beverly Hudson, 16, Peryl Lindaman, 7, and Donna Lloyd, 5.
