There is sadness in our hearts who go forth, And sorrow o'er-shadows this day,' hVe looh and we linger with fond regard, But our school days are done,' we must away! For our friends and our comrades we shed a tear, For youth's friendships are lasting and dear. We have shirhed and worhed and sinned, Through every hina' of weather, But now we face the end, For here our ways do sever find we must another voyage begin. We are fain to line up in the battle of life, And impatiently await the oncoming strife.
