In addition to playing a vital role in the TEAM SPIRIT '84 and VALIAN T USHER amphibious exercises, the Dubuque signalmen matched two seaman against all petty officers from the Belleau Wood, Bristol County and Monticello in the Pro-Oly in Subic Bay, RP and came away with second place.
