Second Division means answering the call to 4'lVlan the starboard stationw and joining First Division when the '6Ballast Detailw is set. ltis having to stay in the hot tropical sun when the HSpecial Sea and Anchor Detaili' is set, or maybe it's a cold morning in Taiwan or japan. And then there are watches, BMOW, lookout, messenger, helmsman, lifeboat, and fire and security. 122
