iClass prpphesy continued! As they stroll down Main Street they admire the numerous build ings that have been erected since they have been gone Above one of the buildings they observe the sign Mathias's Business School and they learn that it is operated by Doris Lee Mathias Fred leaves Hershel to find Harold and to investigate his arrest H finds him at his hotel where he is awaiting his trial the next day The following morning when Fred arrives at the courtroom he finds it packed The Honorable Judge Louise Hemmerlein is pre siding over the court He also sees Laverne Mathias the court stenographer who is ready to record thi facts One of the Jury members is also familiar It is Lillian Pieper, who is a house wife and no doubt goes by a different name now During a recess in the trial Fred and Hershel visit the new modern building which now houses Dubois High School In the hallway they meet Christine Kempf, who is a faculty member I the Home Economics room Mildred Humbert, a seamstress, is giving some tips to Lucille Sander the Home Economics teacher When they return to the courtroom they find that the Jury has already returned a verdict of not guilty and Harold is once again a free man Having run the gauntlet of all the members of the Class of 1951 we returned to reality and thought to ourselves just J::2A . e ' . . n how accurate can these mystics be - Oh! CClass Prophesy continued! They look up and see it is the etewardess, Imogene Vcelkel When they arrive at Chicago, they are making their way through the crowd at the airport, when Fred points out a redheaded man and says, 'I swear there is only one person in the world with hair like that and that is Eugene Coble When they ask Coble his business, he tells them he has his own advertising agency and is just going to do some skywriting for one of his customers, The Mushy Mush Baby Food Corporation of which Bob Braun is head After watching Coble take off, Hershel and ired leave in taxi for their hotel The taxi driver has his TV set on and soon they see and hear News Commentator Robert Lee Schroerin give his daily news cast After this program, a professions basket ball game appears on the screen The sports announcer of the game is Donald Fisher While watching the game they notice that one of the coaches Is Howard Anderson, a former DHS player When they reach their hotel they see three uniformed men come marching down the sidewalk They are Edwin Goller, Bill Loveall and E ene Pie er Edwin and Bill are offlcers in the Navy while Gene s an army colonel Bill said he got seasick the first time he was on the water, but due to the good care given him by Dr James Se er and his efficient nurse Betty Ann Nont he surv ve When Fred enters his office, he finds a note on his desk requesting that he come to Dubois to represent a client, Harold Winei er, who has been arrested by the Dubois Chief of own truck ng ne Fred asks Hershel if he will accompany him to Dubois Hershel accepts the invitation and they board a TWA airliner for Dubois They decide to stop over at Indianapolis for a day When they reach the circle they find a crowd gather ed around a man making a political speech They recognize the politician as an old classmate, Alcis Pie er who is election esring for Emil Fuhrman, Republican cand date for state Superin tendent of pu5IIc Instruction in Indiana They next decide to attend an opera They find one and discover that the leading singer is Dennis Theising After the performance they go back stage and find a neatly dressed WAC talking to Dennis They recognize her as Mary Bachman They now buy a couple of magazines to read at the hotel They find a cartoon magazine published by John William Baer, who was always drawing pictureshin high t school While leafing through a picture ma az ne e come o an article concerning the candidates for t e title o Mrs America The name under one of the picigrcadxgg UTS'Hu0bn0Y ized as the former Egg-JUL-,-, whqghzhgigieggiging Hershel and Fred leave for Dubois Arriving at Dubois they are surprised at how rapidly the town has grown 22 ' .1 . e, Fel ce De ert erer for speeding.
