JUNIOR CLASS HISTORY September 1955 was the beginning of our long journey through high school. To start the year with, we had 14 members then gained Judy Linsdau and Louella Nipwater. We suffered a week's initiation in outlandish costumes and hair- do's. To earn money, we had a valentines booth, then we gave a party for the three upper classes. Mr. Bressler, our class advisor, gave us an Easter party. Our class officers were: Florence Smith, President; Beverly Poole, Vice-President; Mary Letillier, Secretary; Peg Michles, Treasurer; and Gary Leseberg and Tom Dolenc for student council members. Our Sophomore year started with 14 members again but we lost Joyce Rhodes, Judy Stagner, and Jack Crawford, but we were later joined by Karen Annan, Sherron Locke, and Carol Flowers. To raise money we raffled $10.00 worth of groceries. Our class officers were: President, Larry Pate; Vice-President, Chuck Richardson; Secretary-Treasurer, Tom Dolenc. Our class sponsor was Mr. Tobin Our Junior year started out with 11 members. Later we lost Sandy Detimore. Our class officers were Tom Dolenc, President; Mary Let- illier, Secretary-Treasurer; and Larry Pate, Vice-President. Tom Dolenc and Karen Annan were student council members. Our advisor: Mr. Tobin. We sold concessions at the ball games to make money for our Jun- ior Class Prom, which we called Moonlit Gardens. Karen Annan was chosen Prom Queen, with Carol Pitner and Mary Letillier as her attendants. We also put on a play called Here Comes Charlie.
