Secretary-Treasurer, Sally B.; Vice President, Ernie H.; President. Leslie S. 7union ClaM -Hiatonij, We began our Freshman years with 14 members, later losing Wayne Nipwater, and gaining Yvonne Skinner, at Christmas. The class officers for the first year were, Ernie Harper, President; Leslie Shoe- maker, Vice President; Pat Sundstrom, Secretary; Marilyn Mosher, Treasurer; Mike Galbos and Chuck Boedeker were Student Council members. Three boys made the first 10 on the basketball team; Mike G., Butch Stagner, Wayne N. Leslie Shoemaker was chosen Homecoming Queen; our advisor was Mr. Pew. The sophomore year began with 12 members, plus Sally Black. Later Eleanor Burmeister and Elaine Morehouse joined us. Four of the sophomore boys were on the team that year; Mike, Butch, Ernie, Chuck. Mike and Butch made the first string, the former making All-Tourney Team and the latter the Free-Throw Trophy. We gave a costume party for the Student Body and enjoyed a class picnic. Mr. Sannes was our advisor. Our junior year started out with 12 members. Later losing Elaine, Butch. Later Sheriy Powell joined us. The class officers were; Leslie, President; Ernie, Vice President; and Sally, Secretary-Treasurer. Our advisor was Mrs. Latta. We sold candy to raise money for our Junior Prom, which was Neptune's Gar- den . Sally was chosen as Prom Queen, Leslie and Pat, attendants. We also starred in the play, Bolts and Nuts . To close the school year we went to Thermopolis for a day. FLOWER: Wild Pink Rose 16
