Senior Class Prophecy As Father Time wings his way swiftly overhead on his way toward Dubois, he looks down and sees the following. Ron Alexander: Living in a cozy little ranch house with his dear wife Elsie, and their set of twins and set of triplets....(all tow-headed girls). Ron’s still playing for Decker’s Beer (Basketball? Hid) Dick Stevens: He’s coaching for the World Famous Women Basketball team, the “Red Heads , with red hair and a mohawk haircut. The “Red Heads ' are impatiently waiting for Hoss’s Blondes to grow older so they can challenge them. As Father Time turns on his radio, he hears the following: Jack Smith: The “EMCEE , for the “Super-Duper Popcorn Program’ in Dubois. He is sponsored by the Sage Brush Frozen Fruit Company. Roy Smith: The Famous Disc Jockey he is riding the discs and dodging needles on track four. Sounds like he is sure in the groove. Peering closer at the streets of Dubois, Father Time sees: Booge Frank: Riding a bucking horse down main street as usual. He has been rodeo-ing around the country and winning all the prizes. Nancy Boedeker: Nancy and Pete have a Coast to Coast “Popular, Patient, Pete Popko Moving Van Company . Jon Meckem: Jonny is nearly making the Olympic Ski Team, and he is off practicing all the time. Father Time looks down on the Dubois High School and sees: Carol Nowlin: Teaching a class of biology, also girls gym. Her husband Bo Coates is teaching boys gym with their coats hung in the corner. The word about the town of Dubois as Father Time hears it is: Everrett Hower: His own symphony orchestra in the Rams Horn. Everrett lost the bet that the wouldn’t get married until he was 26. Was the girl on the guitar. Boyd Livingston: Going to University of Wyoming teaching English. Spends his time studying Mountain Sheep from the wrong end of his binoculars. JUNIORS Class History In the Freshman year there were five members of the class and Bonna Smith and Vonna Smith came back from California about the end of the year. At the time the class officers were President, Pete Presgrove; Vice-President, Bill Deshaw; Secretary-Treasurer, Katy Wingert. We had a very nice initiation that year. Our Sophomore year found only five of us. The only girl was Kitty Wingert. Keith Rhodes joined the class this year. Kitty dropped at the first of the second semester along with Bill Deshaw. At the last of the year, Gail Forrmey and Bonna and Vonna Smith joined the class almost at the end of the year. The officers were. President, Katy Wingert; Vice-President, Gene Larson; and Secretary-Treasurer, Pete Presgrove. Our Junior year, we found only four members of the class left, two boys and two girls. The class promoted a very good Junior Prom along with the usual Play and Banquet. The class officers were, President, Vonna Smith; Vice-President, Gene Larson; Secretary, Pete Presgrove; Treas- urer, Bonna Smith. We enjoyed this year very much, and hope very much that we can have as nice a one next year. We thank our advisor, Mr. Bauer for all his help. Vonna Smith Pete Presgrove Gene Larson Bonna Smith
