In order to saorlfloe something to remember us y, leave this will and testament, swearing It to be our last. Any resemblanoe to one left by a senior class of the past Is purely coincidental. To the faculty and the school board we leave our Initials oarved In the desks In oase they should lose the records. We hope Fritz can start a faotory with all the gum we have left him In the oraoks and holes and under the desks. To Bernice we leave the suggestions to leave more delicious morsels where they can be easily reached by hungry students when she's at home and to have more spuds 'n gravy.'1 Gene Eubank leaves his knee-guards to anyone who can keep them up. Jack Redman leaves hie basketball suit to one of the girls and hopes that she will look better In It than he did. I, Don Presgrove, do hereby leave my small ears to Jacky Bishop hoping that from now on he oan walk Instead of flying. Marlon MoKie leaves her freckles to Joan Gilliland. Not that she needs them but a few more won't hurt anything. Kathy Boedeker leaves the pounds she lost to Marlene, providing she will use them In the right places. Anne Johnson hereby leaves her ability to skip classes to Roland Moss and hopes that his grades will Improve like hers did. I, Carrol Leseberg, do hereby will my ability to be teachers' pet to Bobby Gilliland In hopes he will come to school In a better mood next year. As a class we leave our wisecracks and pranks to Suzle Alhberg and hope that she can Improve them and put them to better use. Our ability to stamp letters, we leave to Welch Henethorne and hope that hereafter this will enable him to put the stamps In the right corners of the box holders. We leave our sincere appreciation for helping us with all the graduation details and this annual to Mr. Bruce. Date: May, 1949 Signed: rH y o fl o L11 a i fJ 7 f— Ti «. J ■J ft r4Ik ’ r Cy CUvWA- Many years have passed since the graduation of '49. Our classmates are scattered to all four corners of the United States. We looked Into our crystal 0H r------------ ,. ball to see what they were doing. dtll In New York we found Katherine Boedeker v , vto'Rivev starring In A Woman Is Always Right . A ' play which made a big hit on Broadway. But- she tells us when she is off stage, “The only time a woman Is right Is when I hold a rolling pin over my seemingly meek little’ ,two hundred pound husband ! Jack Redmans’ dream of owning a riding stable has come true. We find him the proud owner of the Wind River Riding Stable. His special field Is teaching beautiful young dudenes how to ride. Yep! He Just can’t quit horsing around ! Or so his wife tells usj Well Stevie Is doing O.K. ! The former Marlon McKle had to give up her promising career ofNurslng to give all her time to two flighty youngsters whose lives were getting tedious. Gene Eubanks ambition to be a bacholer hasn't turned out so well. After being Ranger of Washakie National Forest for two years we received the shocking news ! Well Gee we could hardly believe It of a former classman, he w?s caught poaching Dear. Carrol Leseberg Is still In the loco town of Dubois. Her beautiful dramatic voice her pride and Joy, has now become rather horse from calling Billy from the tavern. Another rusty note crept In when she tried to practice her dramatics over the loud u-p!' blare of a Saxaphone ! We saw that Don Presgrove had applied for a Job In Forestry but had been turned down again. He has had his eye on that Job for five years but now he thinks It a better Idea to find a rich squaw and settle down to a steady Income, well with 13 Papouses that adds up to 104,000 dollars annualy. We sent a big bouquet of roses (Four roses that Is !) to Anne Johnson. Our blue-eyed quarter horse raiser who Is lying In the horsepltal In Jackson. The sorrow, ful news reached us only yesterday. Our side of the story Is that one of her pedigreed horaes gave her a rough time -while she was trying to reach Togotee Lodge before It snowed under. Now If we had Three Feathers We'd all be tickled!! Also we want to thank our coach (Lee Bruce) for his untiring and patient coaching, of which we are all going to prove our appreciation when the tournament comes around. Although some times we think of the simple misfortunes we did, It all amounts up to one thing: Play as you play, Beat or get beat! But never lose faith In one blazing defeat. Now it's the girls turn to give their thank8 to the folks In town for their support during the basketball season, Thanks Folks ' Now we wanta remind the fellas on the team of that turkoy dinner they dldn’t get. Gee fellas you should have made two more baskets that time. In fact you have missed out on several good deals. Remember the lipstick you would have collected If you'd beat Lander?? While remembering that game In Lander we should may be pass around the cheese sandwiches, we are sure Bobby Gilliland will want one ! Some one asked us If John Shipley needed glasses. We told 'em that was Just a piece of dirt In his eye that made him mistake Pavllllon's basket for ours! If you really put the old thinking cap on there are lots of funny happenings we could remind you of but we will Just hand the cap over to you and let you remember while we laugh over them. When the ducks fly south next fall some of us won't be here to help keep the ball a-rollln' so those few of us are wishing you all the best of LUCK.
