Third Row: William White, Jack Feen, Phillip Wendle, Frank Norris, Daniel Lesko, Bob Sweeny, Allan Datz. We have twenty-one members in our Dublin F.F.A. Chapter this year. The officers are Keith Miller, President, Jon Shoemaker, Vice President, Marion Frantz, Secretary, Dean Holben, Treasurer, Joe Brown, Sentinel, and Bill Seely, News Reporter. Under the capable leadership of our instructor, Mr. Holtrey, our club has had a very active year. We held initiation for the Degree of Chapter Farmer at our school. We had 95 per cent of our members show exhibits at the County Fair. We won the Participation Trophy for having 257 exhibits at the County Fair. We also won the Silver Award for Parlia- mentary Procedure. We sold seed corn and fertilizer again this year. We combined our 215 acre plot of Wheat this summer. A number of our chapter exhibited at the Ohio State Fair with each boy doing exceptionally well in his field. We made and sold cider. We published a year-book of our activities. We are going to participate in County and State judging contests. We again challenged Plain City to a pest hunt. Miss Bernice Frantz represented our chapter as a candidate for the F.F.A. Queen. We will hold our Annual Banquet in the Spring and have entered two contest- ants, Glenn Hoffman and Allen Datz in the F.F.A. Public Speaking Contest.

The officers for the school year 1954-55 were: President, Sylvia Phillips, Vice-President, Janice Pinney, Secretary, Gretchen Distelhorst, Treasurer, Kaye Holder, and Parliamentarian, Virginia Jacoby. The D-Teen rough initiation was held on September 18, 1954, adding 24 new members to the organization. The formal initiation and tea for the Mothers was held on September 21, 1954 at the school. The main project for the year was the filling of Red Cross boxes to be sent over-seas. Our money making projects were a bake sale, utility bags, and our annual dance. This year's theme was Hearts' Hideaway. It was held on the evening of February 12, 1955. The year was climaxed by the Mother-Daughter Banquet on April 22, 1955.
