Second Row: Don Rose, Doris Schoby, Carl Fisher, Kenny Thompson, Dallas Sharp, Gretchin Distlehorst, Ronnie Evans, Sharon McQuaid, Joe Brown. Third Row: Mr. Rosnagle, Sandra Dauer, Joan Coram, Dick Howell, Carl Aschinger, Lee Schoby, Neil Holben, Bill Grafflin, David Winders. Fourth Row: Earl Jeffers, Bob Thompson, Chris Huntington, Bill Reid, Don Bronstetter, Ben Buehl, Frank Norris, Leslie Gates, Marion Frantz, Eligh Howard. We, the Juniors, began our school year by getting acquainted with new students from Grandview, and neighboring states of Kentu.cky and Illinois. Our class sponsors were Miss Virginia Wilson and Mr. Glen Rosnagle. To make money for the Junior-Senior Banquet we held a round and square dance, had a bake sale and a card party, sold Christmas candy, sold concessions and scorecards at the basketball games and had a class play. Les Gates, Carl Fisher, Bill Reid, Carl Aschinger, Dick Howell, and Earl Jeffers from our class played football for the Shamrocks. The Juniors on the Varsity Basketball team were: Marion Frantz, Bob Thompson, Earl Jeffers, and Les Gates. Don Rose, Chris Huntington, Neil Holben, and Kenny Thompson were on the reserve team. Joyce. Geese was our football homecoming attendant. Sandra Byrd was a football and varsity basketball cheerleader. Our class officers were: President, Neil Holben, Vice President, Kenny Thompson, Secretary, Roberta Duffy, Treasurer, Sandra Byrdg Student Council, Bill Graffling News Reporter, Beverly Butterfield.

Second Row: Mrs. Glenn, Lonnie Price, Patty Karrer, Jon Herring, Virginia Trees, Flora Johnson, Bob Cashell, Diane Dodd, Ricky Vassaux, Judy Thompson, Gwen Greenfield, Rosemary Welty, Beverly Smith. Third Row: Allen Oliver, Glenn Hoffman, Tom Elliot, Bob Reeder, Wayne Headlee, George Plummer, Pauline McKitrick, Marlin Ewen, Carolyn Hartsough, Doris Galla- gher, Sylvia Larcamp. The Sophomore Class, with forty-eight members got a good start for our 1954-1955 school year by welcoming back our class sponsors, Mrs. Grace Glenn and Mr. Paul Stein. We were quite proud of our boys during football season. Ten boys played: Fred Jeffers, Phil Windle, Jon Herring, and Wayne Headlee, Lettermen were Tom Jones, Danny Miller, George Plummer, Bob Cashell, Lonnie Price, and Jerry Herron. We were proud also of our football home- coming attendant, Diane Dodd. Next came basketball and five of our boys played on the Reserve squad: Bob Cashell, Wayne Headlee, Jerry Herron, George Plummer, and Fred Jeffers. They were cheered on, win or lose, by cheerleaders, Judy Thompson and Kaye Holder. Our class has done very well on its money-making projects. We have had two round and square dances, a paper drive, a euchre party, and a sale of sweat shirts. We have plans for other projects later this year. Our class officers were: President, Lonnie Price, Vice President, Jerry Herron, Secretary, Pauline McKitrickg Treasurer, Phil Windle.
