This year like every other year is better than the one before! Sports clearly made the differance, the Football team having one of the best seasons ever, the Cross Country team placing 6th in C.I.F., the Basketball team trying and the Wrestling team winning league championship for the second year in a row. At the time of this writing the Baseball team is 5-5-1, showing great improvement under Coach Ortega. The Track team is 2-1, placing 2nd at the B.S.U. Invitational. The girls also had a fine sports year. Yes indeed, it looks like Duarte High has a great future ahead. DOITDUARTE! 123
