The office girls serve as receptionists, announcing all business to the main office. They type notices, answer the telephone, make out bus slips and serve as general messengers for the office. The office boys are responsible for all announcements over the P. A. system, the collection of absentee cards, and the delivery of bus slips to the bus drivers at dismissal.
