No doubt you will be surprised to hear from me, but I have been thinking of the good times that we used to have in dear old D. T. H. S., and I suppose you will want to know of the things that I have learned during my recent tour of the country, concerning our old classmates of those never-to-be-forgotten days. In the first place, let me congratulate you on your successful beauty parlor, and your latest creation, the No-Shine Liquid Powder. In regard to the powder, I have found it invaluable. P So much has happened in the last ten years since we left D. T. H. S.! I hear that Marguerite Bates is doing wonderful missionary work in China, and that she has converted ever so many of the natives. That cer- tainly is commendable. Walter and Cecile were married soon after they were graduated. They were contented with their little bungalow and flivver until Cecile started out after a career --Poor Walter. When I was visiting in Chicago several weeks ago, whom do you think I met- Harold Kays! He is proprietor of a second-hand clothing shop, and from all reports is doing well.
