FOREWORDS To the seniors, as time passes, this yearbook will become a treasured record of our school year. The Clipper stalT choose to picture this book in a musical setting because music suggests joy and happiness. Certainly the events depicted and described in this book were occasions that rank high on our Hit Parade of memories. We have endeavored to set forth on these pages some of the excitement and activity which was a part of every day life at DuBois High School. Our efforts would have been fruitless if we had not received much cooperation and inspiration from so many sources. Principal E. J. Mansell and the faculty gave us valuable aid in preparing this annual. VVe are indebted particularly to Howard Swisher, coordinator of the Clipperg to Miss Bertha VVheelock, art adviserg VVilliam Gratton, senior section advisory and to Donald Houck, sponsor of the solicitors. Our thanks go the technicians of the Gray Printing Company and to Ray Steinberg we are grateful for expert assistance in photography.
