MEMCRIES OF SKI CLUB The Ski Club had a large, en- thusiastic membership this year. They met every Thursday at 1:30 to ski at Jiminey Peak and did not return until 7:30. In spite of the fact that mother nature pro- vided very little snow, the group managed to have a great time. Mr. Solari and Ms. Donnelly ac:- companied the club to the slopes. ME CORIES 0F In February the Winter Carnival Dance, sponsored by the Student Council, was held at the St. Anth- ony's Parish Center. Shades of pur- ple and sparkles of silver enhanced the atmosphere and provided the mood for the theme Purple Rain . Couples were entertained by the music of Chet Dupont. EMORIES CF This year the Drury Drama Club put on the play, Once Upon a Matressn, under the direction of Thorman I-Iulse, Carl jenkins, and Marlene Walt. The play was a huge success, largely due to the actors and actresses who performed. Special Commendation goes to Dan Coyne who played a mama's- boy prince ruled by his overbearing mother played by julie Racette, who turned in an outstanding performance. The play was beautifully narrated by Lori Cain and the role of the King was cleverly acted by Jim Pytko. Shannon Scully gave a magnificant performance as the court jester. ,Q lf C B Marshall Bam . . qu ,fp Min The two lovers created by Tim Gloster and 4 U Brenda Tetasecca sang their way into the J hearts of the audience. An exceptional ' Z' Q performance was turned in by Karen Steuer, who played the princess.
