WINTER CARNIVAL This years Vl!inTer Carnival was held The week of February 23rd Through The 28Th. On Monday There was suppose To be a snow sculpTure conTesT, buT iT was canciled because of lack of snow. Tuesday There was a skaTing par- Ty which was held aT The VieTnam VeTerans Memorial Skafing Rink. On Wednesday There was a bowling day aT Mr. Greylock Bowl. Thursday nighT in The Drury AudiTo- rium This years Gonzo Games were held. The Newlywed Game, wiTh hosT PeTe Caffery found Jon Briggs and Jennifer Girard The winners. The couple received a TickeT To The WinTer Carnival Dance. The Family Feud, hosTed by Jeff May led The sTudenTs To anoTher vicfory over The faculfy again This year. And The DaT- ing Game was hosTed by PaT Dou- gherTy. The bacherloreTTe was Jeannie Dougherfy, who choose Mike Morrissey as her daTe. This years bachelor was Alan CanTone, who choose KaThy Armada. BoTh couples received five dollars as a prize. The week ended wiTh an obsTical course run in The Drury Gym on Fri- day, and The WinTer Carnival Dance, followed on Safurday nighf. The Theme of This year's dance was WinTer Wonderland. The aueen and her courT were picked by The Teachers who aTTended. They picked as queen, Janice Breda, and her courT consisfed of: Kris Laughlin, Tracy Hancock, and Molly Boland.
