DR URY EXCHANGE ' , . Til-1' f 'fjgfpf A ......c,,.:M.M-'-'Q , .LW .. ..4L,Q.u..xQwafwar This year the Drury Exchange Club packed their bathing suits and suntan lotion and boarded Amtrak for a journey to the old south, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. While first being greet- ed by Hi y'all from Central High students, southern hospitality was extended to include a fish fry and a traditional southern fried chicken feast. During the visit students toured the University of Alabama campus, home of Bear Bryant and alma mater of Joe Na- math. Also on the list of sites were visits to ante-bellum mansions and Tannehill, the first iron furnace in Alabama. Drury students will fondly remember the warm sun and blooming azaleas of the south just as Central students will remember the sub-zero tempera- tures and snow of their January visit to New England. . sg ggi xaf
